GOLF PERFORMANCE

Are you ready to improve your game?

PLAY PAIN FREE – HIT IT FARTHER – PLAY LONGER

For any level golfer who wants to improve their game.

The three main goals of a successful assessment and orientation are for an individual to play golf without pain, hit the ball with greater distance and accuracy, and be able to play longer with increased stamina.

  • Using our data-based systems, we can help you identify the source of your pain and develop an individualized exercise routine to eliminate it and keep it away.

  • Through optimizing your quality of movement, you can build a more efficient swing that can handle more speed equaling more yardage. Our assessment system can give you the blueprint to achieve that goal.

  • Are you running out of steam before you finish your round? Is your body not bouncing back after your rounds like it used? We can help you with that. Our clients will learn how to build endurance and optimize recovery.

It all starts with the assessment!

We offer a head-to-toe assessment customized to your current level of golf and physical fitness designed to bridge the gap between how your body moves and your golf swing. Wonder why you struggle with parts of your swing? Maybe you’re asking your body to do something it can’t. We can help identify those areas in need of improvement. We utilize the ETRAK inertial sensor to be exact about what your body is doing during your swing along with a GC quad launch monitor measuring club and ball data.

  • Our clients receive a golf specific training routine that is individualized based on the results of their golf performance assessment and tailored to meet the demands of the game of golf. We teach this routine in our orientation session, included with the assessment. In this session, you work 1 on 1 with our movement specialist learning your routine and how exactly it should feel.

  • Clients gain access to their customized exercise routine through a user-friendly app. All exercise routines are accessible in the app and include instructional videos so you can do your work at home or in the gym and know exactly what you should be doing.

  • In these sessions, you will work through your routine in Trifecta’s performance area along side our movement specialist. During these sessions, we can teach new exercises and update your routine as you improve your quality of movement. We can also add in manual therapy along side the exercises if needed.

  • $350 (90 minute Assessment and Subsequent 60 minute Orientation Session)
