MOVEMENT ASSESSMENTS

Our movement assessments are designed to focus on the individual client and their needs as opposed to generic programming. We take a specific range of motion data and perform functional movement testing.

Our goal and philosophy is that with better movement comes more pain-free living and increased enjoyment of daily life and activities.

Is a movement evaluation right for me?

THE ANSWER IS, YES!

If you value your movement then you are the right client for an assessment. All tests are based on each client’s needs and athletic or general movement goals to become more efficient movers and lessen the chances of injury. Our corrective exercises are prescribed based on mobility, strength, or core control needs and are put into programs to help the client become better movers.

MOVEMENT EVALUATION & ORIENTATION

FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO IMPROVE THEIR MOBILITY AND STAMINA

This 60 minute thorough, one-on-one assessment analyzes your body as it moves through a series of guided motions and exercises. The overall outcome of an assessment and orientation will be to perform desired activities with greater ease and stamina. Our Movement Specialist will examine a client and carry out specific action protocols while assessing their mobility, stability, and coordination. Upon completion, a customized follow-up orientation will be scheduled. At the 60 minute orientation, a unique treatment plan will be presented where each exercise will be modeled for form. Each selected exercise movement will be personalized to the desired outcomes of a client. A support app will also be designed for at home use, in between recommended office treatments.

Adaptations will be made over time and in conjunction with physical improvements and achieved goals.

Our Movement Evaluation is detailed and data-driven. The analysis process utilizes a wearable inertial sensor to pinpoint how you are moving. It is designed to identify movement or stability inefficiencies so specific exercises can help correct or improve individual issues. The assessments are dynamic and can be altered to focus on your unique goals, whether you are a baseball player, golfer, runner, or someone who just wants to feel better.

An exercise or mobility routine will be designed for you based on your assessment results and personal goals for movement.

You will have the ability to work one-on-one with Cory and Josh as you progress through your routine. As milestones are achieved, modifications will be made throughout your continuum of care.

This programming is assessment-based and designed to work in conjunction with the established soft tissue work that has been the foundation of Trifecta.
